Ds Tts

Read conversations aloud in DSH using DeepSeek official voices, export audio, and provide APIs and tools for text-in/audio-out. The host uses DS official TTS (ticket + wss), while text submission is completed by a real browser via CDP (no reverse-engineering PoW or spoofing TLS fingerprints).
