Intelligent Ui

Intelligent UI for DeepSeek Harness — the model writes the interface in DIL (Markdown + JSX-like tags + JavaScript), the host compiles it into a program plus a constants table, and a sandboxed client runtime turns it into interactive text + rich card answers.
