Cangjie Preset

Cangjie mode (cangjie): localizes DeepSeek Harness’s native PTC mode into Chinese—both the system prompt and run_code tool prompt are in Chinese, and the model works with a Chinese chain of thought; overrides preset-ptc by Loader row id without adding a new preset entry.
